  Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (FRA) v.  Andy Murray (GBR)[9]
why is this match on Rod Laver Arena  this is not Wimbledon

WimbledonAce - January 13, 2008 11:24 AM (GMT)
Probably because it is a match with 2 of the up and coming youngsters. Should be a cracker if Tsonga plays like he is capable of. Still think Murray will edge it though :ok: What time do you think it will be our time?

GS2 - January 13, 2008 11:32 AM (GMT)
On paper Murray looks to have the toughest 1st round match of the top 10 players in that half of the draw.

Since they are probably assuming that Justine & Serena's matches won't take long they probably want to give the fans a long match to watch rather than Roddick's match which looks like it should be very easy.

Plus Murray has a higher profile over there than the likes of Gasquet & Davydenko.
