wow, when was the last time both Williams were seeded together in the top 10 of a Slam??
i don't have to tell this board that Sharapova and both Williams seeded out of the top 4 is very dangerous.
c'mond Dani, make some noise

An all Williams semi looks to be on the cards, althoughwhats the betting Serena will draw Justine in the 1/4s  if she shows last years form mind she might have a chance, although i believe Venus is in the better form right now. The other semi consisting of Davenport vs Sharapova would do me fine too ;)

have to agree - #5 - 8 look a bit dangerous to the top 4 (well, 5, 7 & 8 do).
We could easily see none or only one of the top 4 in the SFs (I'm hoping it's Ana ;) )

Davenport v. Sharapova? :yikes: I'd have to cheer for Lindsay in that one.

Lots of minor shocks today. :yikes:
Not really surprised about Bartoli, I always felt a Wimbledon final was a freak result.
Surprised too about Safarova, Szavay, Safina and the unseeded Danilidou who was thrashed after winning the event last week...
Duchess - January 15, 2008 05:29 PM (GMT)
Congrats to Nadia Petrova.
