The purpose of this thread is to give you a little background information on the forum and to help ease you into discussions and interacting with other members.

Well, first of all. May we say thank you for registering on our forum and we hope you enjoy your time here.
You have found a forum where we all have one thing in common and I should imagine you too share this passion which is of course, the sport of tennis.

Centre Court Tennis Forum was started in May 2006 by the member, Nick Havoc who is still on the Admin team. It was created as a space for like-minded tennis fans to talk about their favourite sport and to have a little more in terms of interactivity when compared to the message board where a lot of our members first met which was ran by the British Broadcasting Company (BBC).

A lot of the original and founding members still post today and you can see who these culprits are by clicking here to access a list of the more prolific posters. We try to operate a friendly tennis board that has a universal appeal to people of all ages and background. All new members are more than welcome and all our members will do their best to make new members feel welcome.

We have grown from day one and still continue to grow day by day. The forum was taken over in the summer of 2007 and as a result of that, we are now working with a multimedia company and have branched out into producing our own publication which can be found here at www.centrecourtmag.com. Here you will find you can register for our FREE monthly tennis magazine which will be produced with the forum very much at its heart.
