trisco - November 12, 2007 12:49 PM (GMT)
Hey guys,
Does anyone know if there has been an official Photo Shoot yet at the Shangai Masters and have any link to the pics?
Cheers

I was trying to find one but couldn't yesterday... here is a link to the main gallery on the official website....
http://www.masters-cup.com/1/photogallery/....but it probably won't help you.

11MB is easily manipulable in a Pain package to a decent size though. You got the link to the pic?
EDIT:- Found it.... no worries

OMG - look at Roddick's statue :o
SaraLess - November 12, 2007 03:23 PM (GMT)
Roddick has really come out of that badly - though I don't think Gasquet will be too pleased either.
Ferrer and Federer look the same, as do Nadal and Davydenko (albeit they've given Rafa long hair)
It's like some horror film.

Slightly higher res version..... don't want to make it too big to obscure the forum though....

cheers Gav :ok:
i'm right - gasquet and djoko look exactly the same, and Roddick, well, no wonder he looks a bit stroppy

There must have been an issue getting a good likeness. As has already been pointed out Nadal and Davey's ones are the same....one with hair and one without..... a little silly methinks.I bet they don't do it next year. :P

Roddick roflmao roflmao roflmao

when it comes to the UK they could get Madame Tussauds to do it - that might be more successful :ok:

| And also Ferrer roflmao |
you can just roflmao at all of them i reckon :P
but Gonzo...... :lmaao:
trisco - November 12, 2007 04:02 PM (GMT)
Gonzo's is the worst.. looks nothing like him on the full size image..
I think the person who makes Morph is resonsible for these..

I think that's possibly very unfair on the people who made Morph :ban:
In fact, the people who made Morph also made Wallace and Gromit - I think you should take back what you said trisco :P

Ferrer's statue looks more like Nalbandian - wishful thinking from the organisers?!
And I swear Federer's statue is looking at him like something the cat dragged in.
SaraLess - November 12, 2007 09:05 PM (GMT)
Yes, it is...and Roddicks is looking at him with murderous intentions. That said, Roddicks view on the whole thing is abundantly clear from the expression on his (real) face.
It's all slightly reminiscent of that film 'classic' "House of Wax"
Really, some of these marketing 'ideas' from the ATP must be the work of Etienne's children on work placement.
What next - Barbie and Ken dolls? Roger comes with his very own "Wimbledon Winners Jacket" .... :yikes:
Still, would there have been enough clay for Dave? (only kidding, it's just too easy - and so disappointing now he isn't gordo anymore)
