Because since Malisse was fined and suspended one month for his violation in Miami 2005, so Koubek should get fined and suspended at least two months (because he made the violation in Roland Garros 2000 and this year of Metz)! It alikes a soccer player if they get a red card to send off in previous match for any serious violation, they will get suspension in next one match. :ban:

ATP, ITF & WTA should treat equally without discrimination!! :angry: :argh:

I believe Koubek only swore at the official, while Malisse actually threw a ball at the umpire or something like that ... :rolleyes:
