The Draw
The top seeds are (surprise, surprise) Black and Huber. #2 are Sugiyama and Srebotnik but they should face a tough test against the in-form (and unseeded- a sign of the strength of the draw!) Peschke and Stubbs in the second round.
Nice to see Lisa Raymond playing with Schiavone as she keeps her fingers crossed that Sam Stosur will have recovered from meningitis in time to defend their End of Year crown in Madrid and make it three in a row.

Just read that Sam Stosur won't be fit for the season ending championship in Madrid. This means that whoever is 5th in the Doubles Race will qualify for Madrid.
