Hi TV.

Unfortunately we dont get this channel in the US. I still think Ginepri can win this. He has more match practice than Fed.

I'll be back when to check to switch matches!

SaraLess - October 16, 2007 06:43 PM (GMT)
Great rally there.

Fed showing a bit of ring-rust, but I have no doubt he'll win this. Ginepri is doing well thus far, but the flashes of Fed brilliance are there to see!

chetanpv - October 16, 2007 06:44 PM (GMT)
Robby saved a set point..Go Robby

SaraLess - October 16, 2007 06:45 PM (GMT)
Followed up by some effortless points from Roger :D

Tennisveritas - October 16, 2007 06:46 PM (GMT)
Ginepri did a great hold..FED had a set ball and Ginepri was able to eliminate that after a very good rally   Great tennis there by both   ..Very good match from Ginepri :P :P ..Fed a little bit rusty for sure

chetanpv - October 16, 2007 06:47 PM (GMT)
Robby needs to win this tie-break.
He'll be serving first and can wrap this up in straight sets.

This is what I hate on the current era of players. When the match gets close, they choke..

chetanpv - October 16, 2007 07:03 PM (GMT)
The match isnt over yet. Ginepri can still come back and win in three.

Mr. Clown..How can you say this given that you do not follow live the match..Both of them they are playing well: Simply FEdD close the tie break as any great player are able to do so well..

Ginepri is over his usual standard and he did not choke..You are such an I**** :argh:

I'm watching this one on the ATP Masters Series TV site.

Ginepri has been playing really well. Fed has played some really really nice points. I'm still a bit concerned about some UEs coming from his forehand side, but he's sharper than often in first-round matches imo.

And he needs to be here - Robby is really going for it, and playing great. I could see Robby breaking back here and even taking it to a second tie-break, maybe, if Fed has a bit of a blip. But in any case it looks as if it'll be over in straight sets.

1. This match is not over..
2. Canas needs to pass his first match..

And so do Nadal and Murray.

That being said, I do agree that these two matches - if they do happen - should be very very interesting. As is Nadal's first match against Baggy - he'll need to be sharp, although his consistency should see him through.

Fed fighting, and finally holding his serve for 5-3. Likely it is over now for Ginepri, but he did have some chances there.
