I thought i'd try to pick the winner of the tournament now!
I think that, much as I dislike them, the Italians will prove a step too far for Germany, and remember that Germany played in the first match and nobody has ever won a world up in which they've played in the first match!. I also think the in-form French will see off Portugal, and then win the tournament! :D

I remember you saying at the end of the tournament that you tipped Italy as the winner ever since the beginning :whistle:

Maybe I was just getting a little emotionally charged at the time Hiro - plus the fact I really didn't want the Italians to win, it's just that they did!
Also, I think that was posted before Italy's brilliant performace in the semi against the Germans.
Mind at least I didn't tip Japan to win everything :P
