Good result for JJ though. Still not quite a world class player in terms of mental resilience, but hopefully will get there over the next few years. :)

You're right, she's a very consistent player. Is beaten only very rarely by any players outside of the top 10.

So yes, how about JH, The Williams, LD, then MS, JJ and AM?

I'd put her in the second bracket there as, like JJ, she's not the finished article, but very good at what she does. AM also in the second bracket as whilst she is the finished article in terms of skills, not quite there in terms of consistency. Combine the all-round game and athleticism of AM with the resilience of MS, and that would be a fearsome opponent.

That seems a fair enough set of players I agree. I might have LD in between the first and second bracket until she has played a few more tournaments to see how she fairs on a consistent basis after her comeback.

On a serious note.... thats quite spot on .... I wasn't truthfully expecting her to continously beat top 10 players... but she has done brilliantly well for such a fantastic comeback... I'll take that to replace any post natal depression syndromes anytime.... :ok: .

It will certainly help her lose the unwanted weight rather quickly as well...

no, i actually agree. As a big Davenport fan, these last few weeks have been a dream for me, but im still waiting to wake up from it. Hopefully though, she will prove me wrong and play consistantly well, and maybe win the FO next year ;)
