Blake looked to be in trouble early against Mirnyi, down 4-6, 0-2. In fact, he was a point away from being a double-break down in the second. He seems to have turned it around about, though and has leveled the match at a set each.

Yes, I never honestly saw Blake makign the quarters at all though. I predicted 3-2 this match, but coudl not decide who would win, although plumped for Blake in the predictions contest. It is interesting now though, and I always fancied that Blake woudl go out if Mathieu got through hence pickign Mathieu in the contest thing. It is interesting though that Mirnyi came through as my money after round one was on Philippoussis.

Blake has lost the plot really in the final set, 5-0 down, it is a long way back. Despite him getting to the finals at Stella, he never convinced me on grass.
