If you ask me he should not be saying it to either. God knows how he ended up with this pair. I know ruth is strong in selling, but after her interview you think he would have seen the light. No one gets through an interview using aggressive body language like that. And Michelle is just a low ying opportunist and his from responsibility to saty in the show. When she managed it was disaterous, and her team scraped through thanks to Syed and Paul actually selling some cars. She was the wekest link that week and shoudl have gone. Her way of talking to people is annoying too, commands no respect and irritates.
Alan should have taken on Paul as he proved himself by doing the best i the tasks. He was never afraid to come forward and take responsibility. Hi sinterview may have bene tacky, but he's young and could be trained. And Ansell would have bene a good back up as although not that exciting, he has the core skills, gets on with peopel and is willing to learn - a very safe and trustworthy bet. Rt will annoy her team and burn herself out, Michelle just can't be trusted. Alan should have listened to his aides on this one instead of warming to Michelle becasue she is alledgedly rich and buys her family gifts!.
I don't know who will win now, it could go either way.

Ruth will win, and she fully deserves to I feel, as she has performed in a wide range of tasks from the car selling to the flat letting, Michelle shouldn't be in the final because she's done sweet fa and is an anchor quite frankly roflmao
I'm glad Paul didn't make it, he was so arrogant and cocky, it just goes to show to people like Syed and Paul, thinking you're the business won't get you anywhere, except through the bloody door! roflmao

Ive got a feeling Michelle could win. Think Ruth is slightly overdoing her bolshyness(is that a word?!) They both have slightly annoying habits though I have to say - Ruth saying "without a doubt" every other sentence and Michelle constantly going up at the end of her sentences!!! Do I watch this programme too much? YES!! lol! Anyway, kind of glad its an all girlie final although I would have LOVED to have seen Sayed be interviewed!! Would have been comedy at it's best :D

Nah I think what was said about Paul was unfair. He was cocky, but I think his performance throughout has bene good and he is more versatlie than Ruth. I am nto sure I coudl work with Paul, but I would stand mro echance than with Ruth. But Ansell woudl eb the best team leader to work for, as he tries ot sort out arguments and is a decent bloke who listens.
Well, I think Ruth has todl soem porkies though don;t you? About her generating all this profit. No company in the real world would employ a person with such ridiculous claims without checking first. And all this stuff abotu body language which th einterviewers are supposed to check out was ignored with her. Not knocking to enter the room? OMG that is soooo not what you do.
Well, I think the final will be weaker because they left Michelle in. I'd have like dot have seen Paul ro Ansel up against Ruth. Alan's male aide actually wanted paul in didn't he and said Michelle had seduced the interview panel. His femal aide calle dMichelle a cold fish - damned right.

Yeah, but you cannot ignore 10 weeks of tasks and kick someone out on the basis of their body language in an interview or whether they've told a few lies, the fact is that she gets the job done, is really determined, and would do a great job for Sir Alan, that's what I think anyway...
Atleast we agree on Michelle though, I mean, what has she done???

Yeah, Michelle has done FA and played a nasty and sneaky politics game.
Done't get me wrong, I am not majorly against ruth as opposed to ANO, but I do think that he rinterview was bad vibe, hell-oooo, wake up smell the coffee time for professional interviewers. Pauls wa sbad too, bu tthen take the tasks and I'd say Paul has done a bit better than her, and then it shoud be him and ruth in the final? that would be fair enough. I was just thinking that form a manager's perspective ( and I do live with an alledged entrepreneur ! and I have business experience myself ) that Ansell was a good back up if the risk fele through - and I see risks in Paul and Ruth - so if i were a manager, I woudl take him and one of those two to be on the safe side.
Seriously, could you work with Ruth? N way jose for me! :D

I think Ruth will win, but I want it to be Michelle.
Ruth is so agressive towards people, she will most certainly irriate the hell out of a lot of people with her manner if she works for Sir Alan. She is so overpowering, looming, lumbering and just plain intimidating. She needs to soften her approach a lot, and listen more, instead of shouting people down most times.
I warmed to Michelle during last weeks show, and even my boss said the same, and he has never taken to her until then.
Michelle to win, but fear Ruth will take the crown.
