WOMENS
Well what looked like a tricky selection of potential 3 setters and upsets turned out to be quiteacademic in the end, all the favourites going through 2-0. Still, only half of us got Chakvetadze 2-0 right, 8 of us got Szavay 2-0, and surprisingly only Fah/Pebs/Wise/Viva/Sb got Kuznetsova 2-0. Well done to Sam and Viva, who got Peer 2-0 when many of us fancied 2-1 or a Radwanska win. The upset came in the doubles with Mattek and Mirza taking out the No. 2 seeds Raymond and Stosur. which onyl Dark predicted correctly.
One player got a clean sweep on th esingles and also got one of the doubles right and is today's WINNER! Who is that?
WINNER: Viva - well done
RU: guess who? WISE!
SuperBRAT - September 4, 2007 10:43 AM (GMT)
MIXED DOUBLES :
Well I don't noramlly do a prize as such for these, but they were tricky and one player got maximum points on them so deserves a mention. Bold predicting too, all 2-0s and none of those hedging your bets 2-1s.
So with 12 points out of 12 it's SAM!
Well done, most people got 5 or less :ok:

MENS
Fairly dissappointing scores. Berdych retired so that is void. Lots of us got Davydenko 3-0, Haas v Blake proved tricky. Out confidence in Blake was sadly misplaced with Tommy come through in 5, well played
Only Ob and Jo got that right  And Federer v Lopez was a straightforward 3-0 for the world number 1 right? WRONG! He won 3-1 and onyl Pebs got that right - she seems to know a lot about Fed's 3-1's so hope she's not involved in any dodgy betting scams ;) :D - well done Pebs
On the doubles, why do we keep backing the Bryans? They lost 2-0. And Mahut/Benneteau came through in straights  well done Sam who go tthat right
WINNER: Oblivion - saved by Haas
RU: Sam - saved by Mahut and Benneteau!
SuperBRAT - September 4, 2007 10:58 AM (GMT)
