Very interesting. Shame I could not find the second (or other) parts.

As fulfilled as his life must be we can sense he is struggling with his retirement and more importantly with a sense of emptiness. I had already felt that while reading an older interview last year but on screen here it is palpable.

Nice guy...with a human touch finally transpiring.

Tenez, the other parts are in the 'Related' section on the same link.
Interesting stuff - his self-belief never really failed him, only his desire. Shame that he seems to have got some hunger back now when he's (probably) got his best tennis behind him. I wonder what he might've done if he'd been constantly committed....

Thanks TM. they are there now but could not see them last night. I can't see the 6th part now... but will check later.

I think that if he had known that his biggest achievement (14 Slams) would be threatened so early, he would have tried to carry on. Now even that seems to be slipping away from him. And I am convinced it is affecting him.

I have just watched it, was a pretty old interview from 2004. I wonder how he feels now. Really miss Pete :( he was my original hero

Was that interview from 2004???? I thought it was much more recent.
