Just heard that Tim is being discussed on the Jeremy Vine show on BBC Radio 2 - show starts at 12 and ends at 2, not sure when they will start talking about Tim as it is a multi deabte show with music thrown in. The public an phone in or e-mail, I would but i bet I won't get on! I bet there are gonna be folk slagging him off - he needs me, Mo, Pebs, Flame, Liam, Andy, Jill and any oen else to defend him :)

Thsi Scottish woman talked a load of crap basically, said Tim was boring and sport is about charsima and glamour - liek Beckham is not the best but he is glamourous so that si ok then :rolleyes:

No oen actualyl praised his game or mentioned how hard ti is for him in the last few years to make it as a Serve Volleyer with the changing surfaces, power hitters etc. I e-mailed that but they took no notice of little old me :(

Oh she also said that Murray was more charismatic - whcih to a degree is right - but she was biased if you aske dme - she was Scottish. When asked if she was a Henman supporter she indicated that she wasn't cos she did tno sound like one so i reckon she waas anti- English in a way. Not that I want to start a race war but I just got that impression. But then the other guy form the Times said that Murray was hardly glamourous and looked dowdy, but she said it was OK cos he was young! roflmao

Based on what I read in this thread, I decided to listen to the programme in question. Where on earth did they drag that "tennis fan" up from? She sounds more like a "now and then" fan - interested only in someone's personality and on court antics. I suggest she sticks to the fan mags roflmao

And as for the listener who phoned in to say that Timbo never hit on the real reason why he never won a major - well, sorry to contradict that guy, but Timbo came out and said a while back that the reason was "I just wasn't good enough" .... I salute Tim for publically acknowledging that.

It has recently come to my attention that far too many people are annoyed by the comments of some woman. Bottom line is, the terrifying Tiger has been far more successful in his field than this bint has in hers. At his peak, Henman was thrilling audiences of up to 10 million with sensational performances at Wimbledon. At her peak, she made a c*nt of herself on live radio. In no way are her clueless comments worthy of any emotion except possibly quiet and brief pity; she's a nobody, let's leave it there. (I'm really f*cked.)
