He is innocent until proven guilty, but he remains the subject of legitimate suspicion and scrutiny pending the result of any investigation.
Neither choice fits for me.
If he is guilty it is hard to blow this thing out of proportion - it would be a huge blow to the credibility of tennis that the No. 3 player can turn up at smaller contests to throw matches in betting scams.

I agree that we don't know yet. I think Mr I was just tryign to do a poll, as your thread did not have one. :)
Barrystar, your thread is a good one...just wanted a poll to see what the balance of opinion was. Its a simple choice, yes or no, on it....on whether people *think* Davydenko is guilty or not...sort of pre-empting the results of any forthcoming investigation...
