roflmao

Definitely a 6-0, 6-0 drubbing by the Brit roflmao roflmao

Queen Justine - June 24, 2007 12:44 PM (GMT)
Oh dear .... Serena's on the "dredded Court 2" roflmao

Now what's that telling ya? :giggle:

ObL!v!0N - June 24, 2007 01:28 PM (GMT)
ah I knew Hingis-Cavaday would be no.2 court, she likes it there so she'd be alright. I suppose I'll be hitting the red button then, as I'm not watching Federer win 6-2 6-2 6-0

Jankovic-Keothvaong will have me in stiches. I watched her play Sprem last year, and it so was funny at how crap she is roflmao

dl04 - June 24, 2007 01:40 PM (GMT)
Why do they never put Serena on a show court early on? She's the Australian open champ and twice Wimby champ

Ah well, no way is court 2 going to add Serena to the list. she's playing a spaniard on grass after all roflmao

Be good to see Hingis back, apparently she's 100% fit again, so that's good news :D Also a good show of where Cavaday's tennis is too.........

Go Serena on day 2 though! :D

Shout outs to Hingis and Justine too ;)

The Dav - June 24, 2007 01:41 PM (GMT)
Unreal putting Jankovic-Keothavong on Centre  Jelena will thrash her 6-1 6-1, Serena should have been there, but then she'll kill Dominguez 6-1 6-1 too

Oh i know Obliv roflmao roflmao

She was obliterated by sprem last year, almost worth not turning up  roflmao

The only time she ever won a match at wimby was in 2004, when she beat 56 year old nicole Pratt in the first round

What crap scheduling..

Surely Hingis-Cavaday shoulda been on Centre?
Not happy when one of my faves ends up on Court 2...
Never the result I want out of it..

I remember in 2005, Lindsay was top seed, and Kim was 14th or something, and they stuck her on the show courts all the time and Lindsay out on the graveyard

Everyone just loves to see Kim play- Yuck!

Thank god she's home not cluttering up the show courts now roflmao

Last year as defending champ, Venus was moved from Centre to court 2 in favour of sharapova

The top seed and defending champion should never be on the graveyard more than once IMO, they would never dream of doing it to Fed

Sharapova nearly got beat by penetta on court 2 last year, i was so rooting for flavia that day :(

Sharapova took a toilet break at the end of the second set and it all changed

trisco - June 24, 2007 02:05 PM (GMT)
As much as I'm moaning about the scheduling, I don't reckon we will get to see much tennis anyway... damn sodden British weather...
Don't look good all week. :(

Yeah it's a shame, she's struggling badly after her injuries this year :(

At least Venus will get some CC exposure if she meets Sharapova

Don't want to worry us Hingis fans Viva and Bliv but Cavaday can thwack a ball when she wants and Martina ain't played for a while...

But lets hope Cavaday thwacks the ball but it lands just inside the baseline on court 13 instead of 2 eh? ;)

yeah but so did that savchuk she played last year, she was suppost to trouble her as she is a big hitter, and she beat her comfortably.
she ain't played in a while, but her injury recovered ages ago, and she's been praticising on the grass for a while, so she should be ok.
I can't see Cavavday even getting a set, let alone the match. You know Hingis is always underated against the power hitters, but she can play aggressively against them, and if it's not working out for her, at least she has more than one plan, unlike Cavaday. I'm pretty sure Cavaday has never played someone of Hingis' game before, and will probably be clueless as what to do, and the occassion might get the better of her. :)
