Why is Maria the clear favourite at such a short price? and Justine second favourite on her least favourite surface?

If any people are gamblers, there has to be some great value for money there! Dav is 16/1, I assume because of her injury, but why is Venus 6/1? and Mauresmo 10/1?

These are just absurd - no way is Maria that strong a favourite. Justine isn't 2nd favourite either & Hingis 5th favourite - how!! Vaidisova is way too high as well but I suppose it all depends where people are putting their money.

6/1 for Venus are very tempting odds.

Another interesting one, even though I 100% hate her guts (the Maria fan coming out in me! roflmao ) is Petrova at 20/1. She loves the grass and gave Maria a really difficult quarter-Final last year
