Has anyone else applied for them?
They said we'd start to hear late March/early April but I haven't heard anything yet - anyone else?

I won't even be able to watch it properly this year as I have exams for most of the last week of RG :(
By the way has anyone actually been to RG before? What's it like as a slam to go to?

I've been successful in applying for 2 centre court tickets for the opening Sunday!
But less successful in finding a cheap return on Eurostar :(
Roland Garros is great - you get quite close to the players, its generally less corporate than Wimbledon, they play tennis even when it rains, and you get a cracking atmosphere on the outer courts when there's a French player on.

Have you got notice of that today Mr I? I'm still waiting!?
Agree with your comments on RG - it's also a lot easier to move around the grounds if you only have a ground pass rather than the queing situation that always seems to develop at Wimbledon.
The place always seems a bit small to me though!

I still haven't heard?! Oh nooooooooo, really want to go. It's a brilliant GS - as has been said, it's less corporate to generally easier to negotiate around the place.

Well, apparently I was successful in my application for 2 centre court tickets for opening Sunday, but have yet to receive them in the post - might ring the cheeky Parisians up if I don't have anything tomorrow.
