How does Pat Cow feel when he wrote such crass that in his wildest imagination, he couldn’t see how in any shape or form, Serena could ever reach the top with eight American players already ranked above her?

Could it not have been by coincidence that Serena raised her index finger, after putting No.1 seed Sharapova away, to taunt Pat Cash as if someone had read Pat’s rubbish and reported it to Serena?
