I respect him he is a great player!! BUT Pete was my all time favourite player!! tho I idolised him as a kid so for that reason but as it sounds I really dont want him to get to the finals of the French as it is something Pete never did!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I want to see Fed win the French. It's always fun to witness historical feats, like winning the four straight slams. Plus, if he takes this, he's got a pretty good chance at the calendar slam as well.
I'm not one to be particularly "anti" any player, though. I thought it was pretty cool that Nadal broke the record for consecutive wins on clay.

Pete is a god, I always had time for him although I'm too young to have seen most of his career.
Fed is marvellous though, perfection in everything he does. And i did stick my neck out on the BBC at the start of the year that he would do the calendar grand slam this year, if he wins the french I think he's odds-on to do it
