i was actually thinking about something like this before.. with Invision Forums, there is coding out there to have something called a "Shoutbox" Hingis' site has one www.hingis.org
What do we think to this people?
I fell down on the side that maybe it would be used quite a lot and because the posts aren't saved etc, they would be lost eventually and would people maybe not post as much tennis?

Actually, the more I think about it, I think the forum would still be used just as much, maybe this would be a nice addition?

Wou,d it be kind of a real time conversation like msn messenger or something? Would conversations be saved in this case???
Sounds like it could be fun, but could get confusing if there is maybe more than 5 CC folk throwing in their tuppence ha'penny's worth, as it were (as often happens! ;) )

Trisco, I think that they could be fun.. but it's a shame if the conversations can't be saved. I mean, Heyupp is some diary for CC isn't it!! :D
Id say that it would be fun to have.. and I'm sure that it would be used to some extent.. :) But this of course depends on a consensus from the powers that be.. mysterious overlord and his crew ;)

I think it's a great idea. We could have regular chats at certain times so that we get a few people each time.
Trisco, I have been on a forum that used to have a shoutbox and to be honest it's not much different from the Heyupp thread.... a proper chat room would be better...
Or if we exchanged msn addresses we could do it that way....

Heyupp won't be lost if we just had chats at regular times once or twice a week.....
It would be just the same, with something extra for those who fancied chatting in real time....I am hoping for a real time Monty Python style argument between Wise Analyst and TV about Roger Federer being the GOAT.... :devil:
