Title: Nadal v. Hewitt
Nick Havoc - June 5, 2006 12:31 PM (GMT)
Any chance for Hewitt here?? I would guess no, since Hewitt hasn't been showing the best form lately, anyway, and clay is not his best surface. I would think his chances against Nadal would be pretty slim.
Nadal took the first set 6-2. One game each in the second.

Hewitt doesn't seem to be giving up, though. He's hung in there to 5-5 in the second, and just fought back to hold after being 15-40 down on his serve. So it's 6-5. Probably headed for a tiebreak, unless he manages to break Nadal here.

Good perfromane from Hewitt, he should be pleased with that. Nadal however shoudl eb worried.

Hewitt would beat Nadal easily on grass .

I've managed to see quite a lot of Rafa's games this week..
At times I think that he has not played very well, and yet still manages to win. Certainly could have said the same about Fed in the AO
After then match, Hewitt said that Rafa has the winning habit that Fed has..
I think that Hewitt probably will be pleased with his performance, and will no doubt give him confidence going into the grass court season..
Rafa? Well, he does seem to have given players a lot to attack so far (not great serving, a smattering of UE's, mid court balls), but probably shouldn't be too worried. I guess that's what the winning habit does to the likes of him and Fed! Mind you, i'd imagine that he is finding defending his title harder than winning it last year..
