is it just me or are the contestants going out of their way to be abrasive this year?
(btw, this week was from Birmingham Alabama, did you audition Nick ?)
:halo: ;)
I bet there are loads of perfectly normal and polite contestants, but they dont; show them cos they don't make for such vibrant viewing. You can tell though with some of the ones they show that they are trying to get noticed so they go out of their way to make a scene. If you cant; sing and want to be famous for a short time you can go on these shows and be deliberately rude and bad - it seems to be the in thing nowadays! Even I might go on there and be as bad as possible - it's my only chance of fame! roflmao Did you see the woman who was shouting her head off at the judges, even when they all cam eout of their room? Must say it was th e most entertaining thing on there. Like X Factor, it seems that the audition shows focus on the bad rather than the good. Mind you, the best bit about X Factor final this year was the worst acts perfoming Michael Jackson! roflmao And the old lady Edna who slagged of Simon Cowell. :D
*shakes head sadly*
yep, the loud-mouthed argumentative ones get all the attention....
*wonders if this is why society is going pear-shaped*
because much like the Romans, we'd rather cheer on failure that applaud success :(
