Remember folk points are awarded 1-10 for the top ten places. This is doubled for masters/tiers 1s and tripled for GS events :)

Well all I did was put it into an Excel spreadsheet, then take a screenshot of the print preview window (as I didn't want the full grid).

I've still got the excel file so it would be easy to modify it as and when.
