"Liam Plunkett and Matthew Hoggard ripped the heart out of Sri Lanka's batting on the first morning of the second Test at Edgbaston.
England's bowlers had the tourists in all sorts of bother at 65-6 after Sri Lanka had elected to bat first.
Hoggard bowled Upul Tharanga in the match's first over before Plunkett replaced Andrew Flintoff and opened with two wickets in his first over.
Hoggard struck again before Plunkett dismissed Kumar Sangakkara (25). Mahmood took the wicket of Maharoof before tea!!"
