Title: Wednesdays Matches

liam_valid - January 16, 2007 07:00 PM (GMT)
Whats your pic of the bunch? Im looking forward to the Baghdatis vs Monfils, which is last match on Rod Laver so will be on BBCi in the morning i should imagine. Im also hoping to catch the Petrova Dulko match, second on Vodafone so will prob be on eurosport around 2am. Dulko is a player i always want to do well but never does :( I remember her beating Navratilova on her RG comeback the other year though, then Navvy drew her again at wimby and got her revenge

i am looking forward to the federer vs bjorkman match although hopefully it will be a better contest than when they played at wimbledon last year federer destroyed him.

Federer and Roddick should coast thru comfortably. My eye will be on the Safin match to see how the russian is playing. But the match of the day is Baggy-Monfils and unfortunately it is during the early morning hours and shall miss it.

I've just realised i'm off work tomorrow morning and my housemate has BBCi, so i may actually get to watch some tennis :yahoo: Hopefully i'll get to see the Safin match!!! it always worries me when safin plays someone he should easily beat....

And same deal as yesterday please Chet, no predicting a Safin win??? :P

Yes they should. Funny though how you posted on the 606 board tonight that Bjorkman was going to beat Federer...

oh good, at least he's jinxed both Fed and Bjorkman now, so his predictions should cancel each other out and it'll be a fair match ;)2 roflmao

It's really quite interesting to compare and contrast Chet and Wise's postings on the two boards...

Personally I think his prediction here is the real one. Chet is actually a huge Federer fan, and declared him the GOAT last year before he decided to join the troll gang.

I'm quite looking forward to the Feliciano Lopez v Novak Djokovic match. Also, a big shout for the woman with one of my favourite names in tennis - Tzipora "Zippy" Obziler playing Vera Zvonareva.

Djokovic vs could will be interesting, but I'm gonna predict Djoko to whip the Spaniard like a mule.

chet, you gonna be providing live scores again tonight? I've got a free day tomorrow, so I'm gonna try and watch all the matches. Monfils vs Baggy will be the tie of the round, I see a shock there.

Nah - I think you'll find that pointing out your hypocricy and trolling behaviour would be covered by "Fair use"

Anyone tempted to take you seriously needs to know that they can't trust a word you write.

Instead of blustering about copyright, maybe you could tell us why you're writing entirely contradictory things on the two boards?

Yes, as evasion tactics go it was quite funny.

Poor little Sophie. All she did was spurn Andy's attention in a game of kisschase at primary school, but after all these years he still sends her letters asking why.
