By the second definition neither CC nor any message board is even a society, so by default it cannot be deemed to be utopian, and fit into the first definition!

Well whether ti is a society or not, it is not a utopia cos it is nto all perfect and harmonious. Who would expect it to be? But unlike the BBC, it is not a dystopia! roflmao
