It happens so often that most people don't care about it and care more about a minor blast in big occidental cities.

Does anybody watch the Mclaughlin show? It was in August and I saw that over 600 000 Iraqis have died since the beginning of this outrageous war. And I'm sure that the death toll has risen(how can it go down anyway?).
