I collect them too, but they are soo bulky and heavy..! Have to have the occasional purge..

They do like Star Wars, don't they!

They will probably alternate with Lord of the Rings for their fillers when films are thin on the ground.. :)

SerenaW19 - November 22, 2006 09:42 PM (GMT)
My two favourite films :D

Perhaps I do edit Empire

dl04 - November 22, 2006 09:48 PM (GMT)

Their reviews are right on the money, rather than those crappy magazines who praise J-Lo's woeful new films  roflmao

roflmao that's kinda my feeling too.... although (and i'll whisper this) i am a bit of an oddity in that i saw movies 1, 2 and 3 before i sae 4, 5, 6. i got to the end of 3 in the cinema and said to my (now-ex) b/f "wow, i liked that....wanna know what happens next"

I wish i hadn't seen number 4 and 5 - i suddenly realised my whole relationship was based on star wars quotes roflmao

"Do or do not, there is no try"

"I sense a disturbance in the force"

SerenaW19 - November 24, 2006 05:18 PM (GMT)
I can see the forum is proving popular :D

I thought it might - we have a lot of movie lovers on here.

Im just waiting for Scolios to come on and start posting in the World Cinema thread so it's not empty roflmao

I'm not sure if i'm so happy to have found this link on the bbc:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mbmovies/

A film message board, alive and kicking on the beeb! :yahoo:

I haven't looked into it in great depth yet, but from what i've seen it seems pretty good..

Ooh.. as I can't post on CC at work, I could see myself posting here on the odd coffee/ lunch break ;)

Oh, and SW, they have a special dedicated Star Wars forum, just for you ;)

And a horror forum for SB too..!

Was everyone else aware of this, or have I just been incredibly slow on the uptake (again! )?
