:( he seemed to be fighting but now Doubt Davydenko was the better player I hope Rafa can turn this around!!

I want to see fed v nadal tommorow!

scvangils - November 17, 2006 12:19 PM (GMT)
Still, Davydenko has won 56% of the points so far, so it hardly be considered stealing the set.

Nadal will have to raise his game we seen flashes of brillance but not consistantly as we would see from him at his best.

scvangils - November 17, 2006 12:26 PM (GMT)
Rafa gets the break!

ark_28 - November 17, 2006 12:30 PM (GMT)

Can somebody explain to me what's so exiting bout Raffa game? I guess most of you don't have live coverage, i do and i am really annoyed by the way Raffa is playing. It's cowardly, way too defensive and reserved. Why it annoys me? Because he can do better than this
If Davy wasn't wasted like this (after 32 (!) tournaments) he probably would have won in straight sets. I don't think he will win in three

Dinky Jo - November 17, 2006 01:42 PM (GMT)
Ooooh - Rafa broke him. 4-3 to rafa in the final set :yikes:

Well, he is not Mr. Exciting that's for sure. But he has found success in grinding down opponents and if you can find success, stick with it and get even more success I guess you don't want to change. If my games could take a set off of Federer at Wimbledon and threaten him in another one I'd certainly stick with it!

Gav

P.S. Come on Rafa. I want to see you versus Roger!

Dinky Jo - November 17, 2006 01:49 PM (GMT)
I think this could all be over for davydenko, but fair play to him, he's put up a decent fight. So we could get the match everyone's been waiting for - the organisers will be delighted!!!! ;)

Dinky Jo - November 17, 2006 01:57 PM (GMT)
Nadal wins: 5-7, 6-4, 6-4.........

Anyone else looking forward to the semis?????? :yahoo:

Silver - November 17, 2006 02:06 PM (GMT)
Awesome, a Federer-Nadal semi! :) I think it's what most people wanted, though I feel a little sorry for Davydenko, he's done really well lately. :(

Dinky Jo - November 17, 2006 02:27 PM (GMT)
Anyone think blake is gonna take it easy in his match with Robredo????

That's true. But i expect a little bit more of the so called;
