I don't normally buy them that early, but I was in New York and saw loads of good stuff that was way cheaper than here so I thought if I buy it now I will have lots of spare money at Christmas :D

Hmm, apart from some books and dvds and clothes etc, a holiday somewhere nice would be good, but I don't think I'll be getting that this year.
On the tennis front, Venus to recover from her injuries and go on to win the grand slam in 2007, to show everyone how good she really is, would be nice, there's more chance of that than my holiday anyway.

we have my parents over on xmas day and his on boxing day and he seems to think I might like to do a xmas turkey plus trimmings both days.....

For the last 7 years I've cooked Christmas dinner for 18 people - mind you, they're invited for midday but the dinner's never ready until 2 p.m. roflmao We can just manage to get the turkey in the oven

its a nice idea Scolios - and they do get on - its just me - I dont like having too many people over in one go - the kids get even more overwrought, and I land up having a huge headache - I like to be able to give my time more to each couple as well.
I guess its two xmas dinners for me....

18 people!!!!! :o Thats a huge dinner table! Bet the turkey was bigger than you! :D
What i need for christmas is a new mountain bike! The one I have had for about 6 years hasn't worked properly for bout 2 years and now the gears on one side are nackered and the chain keeps coming off so its no use :( And I like to cycle around to keep fit cos it helps me being a goalkeeper to keep fit. Running is ok but cycling tends to strengthen you and make you fitter without the strain on your legs of running on hard ground like I would usually be doing, so santa needs to bring me a bike this christmas :P
