I think it'll be the US, to be honest.

Italy should progress comfortably to the final, with their clay court team of Schiavone and Pannetta.

The second tie is obviously the most intriguing. Kim has said that she probably won't play if the tie is on clay. And Justine may not play if Kim doesn't. This may pressure the Belgian team into choosing a hard court venue. This would encourage Lindsay and Venus to play (ahead of the US hardcourt season), and the tie has the potential to be a classic. I hope the winner comes from this tie.

Tough call, since it's still a ways off, and we're not sure who'll be on the respective teams. I'm thinking Belgium, though.
