1. make a new document (i used 500*500)
2. colour the page in black
3. make a perfect circle on the page. (hold shift or do "fixed size")
4. go filter--->render--->clouds
5. go filter--->stylize--->emboss (use default)
6. de-select. ctrl+d
7. go filter--->stylize--->extrude
use:
type: pyrimids
size: 20
depth: 255 level based
nothing ticked
8. filter--->distort--->polar coordinates
rectangular to polar
and your finished...
