In this tutorial ill show you how to make this:


1. make a new document. (i used 30*30)
2.make four stripes. like this..

3. over to imageready!
4. now make a new frame
5. and now move the bars down a bit..

6. tween. use two frames..
7. set all frames to 0.1 secs...
8. repeat steps 4-7 3 or 4 times...
it will look like this..


i then used it in my sigs...

ehh how do u make a new frame? just file new? and then how do u set it to .1 sec?
