I went through
Local Disk --> Program Files --> Atari --> Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 Platinum --> Style --> Themed. I don't see a folder called Theme.

The first sentence doesn't make sence, but yeah, I'd guess "optn" is "open."

OPEN the STYLE folder and then the THEMED. (Save it in there.)
