Hello everyone, my name is Natalie. I found this group somewhere in a long string of links and was happy to find a writing community. I have been working on a novel for a couple of weeks and have only had a few friends to talk about it with. I'll admit I am a bit timid to say anything about it, even though I would actually like to spill the whole plot, all of the characters' names, and everything I have come up with so far so that all of you can help me with it, but I'm still not quite sure how I want to go about things or what questions I want to ask.

I can say that it is fantasy and that it is set in a completely different world than our own, so I am also in the process of world building as well. My mind knows what it wants, basically, there is just so much that a world needs that it's hard to know everything; so I know that it's going to take a lot of time. I am hoping that being here will give me a chance to have some other's opinions on my decisions and some ideas for resources, because while I am creating this world, all I can find are resources for historical items... period clothing, houses around the world, and things of the like. Because my world has nothing to do with Earth or its history, I am needing to find ways to create things that are completely new, and my brain just isn't wanting to do that without some sort of visual assistance.

So anyway, sorry for the long and boring introduction :P I'm Natalie and I'm here for friends, critique, support and fun. (Don't know why I couldn't have just said that in the first place.) I'm looking forward to being here.
