Awakening

Prologue
- battle of hero versus villain
- hero begins to win battle
- villain wins and knocks hero unconscious

Part One
-hero wakes up from this dream
-world is different from dream; more colorful but less detailed
-world is ocean world, with each island name being an anagram of different bits of a human (e.g. personality, intelligence)
-eventually hero works out he is asleep, put under a spell during the prologue battle
-tries to wake himself up and break spell (not sure how to do this yet)

Part Two
- wakes up far from home (probably a raft in the ocean)
- journeys home to reclaim his home/throne/wife

Obviously this is a brief synopsis. Thoughts?

What happens to the villain? Is the hero put to sleep as part of the villain's plan or just to get him out of the way? It sounds like it would be an interesting story to read.

the villain took his home/throne/wife, etc. so he has to fight the villain again at the end
