Title: Computers
Description: Wow my 3rd topic. ;)

Grogdon - December 6, 2004 05:40 AM (GMT)
I'm just a bit curious. How long are you guys on average on the computer a week?

DragonLady4 - December 6, 2004 09:15 AM (GMT)
um...about 2.5 hours a day....although some days I'm not...I'd say 2.5 hours a day...so therefore:17.5 hours, maybe? I don't know...

Kaithar - December 6, 2004 10:40 AM (GMT)
depnds on if i have a game i want to play. It can vary form about 2.5 hours to 6 hours a day, with the occasional day where i am on it most of the day.

The Thought Fox - December 6, 2004 11:00 AM (GMT)
Too Long. On both PCs and Consoles.

Kaithar - December 6, 2004 12:46 PM (GMT)
ahh yes, the simple reply. I also am on too long.

DragonLady4 - December 6, 2004 02:35 PM (GMT)
me too probably :(

The Thought Fox - December 6, 2004 02:39 PM (GMT)
*cough* NWN *cough*

DragonLady4 - December 6, 2004 02:53 PM (GMT)
excuse me, but I don't play it during school terms because it is too time consuming. So I have more restraint tahn you, who had his Cube confiscated :P

Kaithar - December 6, 2004 03:08 PM (GMT)
really? what do you do when you get back from school then?

DragonLady4 - December 6, 2004 03:24 PM (GMT)
read/draw/watch tv if there is ACTUALLY anything good on/write my story...then have dinner, then do homework...then go back to the first selection

Kaithar - December 6, 2004 03:27 PM (GMT)
i see, well i can't draw, i have no knew books to read (although i am going through the redwall ones slowly). I rarely watch TV because there is never anything good on. Also i am stuck on my story and haven't tried to get past it (damn my laziness).
therefore i am on the computer most of the time

aleana15 - December 6, 2004 04:58 PM (GMT)
I'm probably on the computer a good two or three hours a day depending.

I don't play games as such, its mainly internet (alot of time spent trying to keep up with thigs on here - you people really do post too much!) and writing up stories/lecture notes.

Grogdon - December 6, 2004 09:01 PM (GMT)
I'm on for about 5 to 7 hours a day ona school day. On a day off or weekend I'm on for almost the whole day. :( I think I'm a computer holic.

Kaithar - December 7, 2004 09:16 AM (GMT)
I probably would be if i didn't hjave to share with my brother and i atually had something to do on it.

DragonLady4 - December 7, 2004 10:27 AM (GMT)
*sigh* Kai, look up how to spell new, honestly.

Ack! I'm on a computer again dammit!

Kaithar - December 7, 2004 11:22 AM (GMT)
well it would be impressive if you could post up on here without being on a computer

The Thought Fox - December 7, 2004 03:57 PM (GMT)
Well, my evenings are now going to be taken up by my Cube, cos I have no more work this term and I just bought a new game. My time on the net varies, but it's mainly posting on here, participating in my star trek email group and, once a month, writing a nintendo column for legends alliance forums.

I'm debating whether or not to get a Live Journal like Gemz, but then my real world journal is so underused that i don't think i'll bother.

Grogdon - December 7, 2004 07:39 PM (GMT)
Don't get a live journal, they're crap compared to a real one. Plus it would add more time being on the computer.

aine - December 7, 2004 08:15 PM (GMT)
i'm trying to be on the computer less and less
damn internet is slowing down my progress and holding me back from reading
i havnt read a book in ages
the internet is addictive, it is useless and is a waste of ime
.......but i still use it quite often!

Kaithar - December 7, 2004 09:12 PM (GMT)
whats the point, accept that you spend a lot of time on the comp and then get over it.

Grogdon - December 8, 2004 10:53 AM (GMT)
lol, specking of reading I've just finished a book that i got in May. Took a while. (I'll blam the computer for that)

Journal? What is journal?

Ack, I really need an outlet for my feelings...

just not where anyone can read them

Kaithar - December 8, 2004 12:41 PM (GMT)
or you could lock them up eventually forget about them until they starve to death. (thats a slighlty different description of what i did)

aine - December 8, 2004 05:05 PM (GMT)
out let your feelings?
hhhhmm
i just talk to someone.....actually one person in particular but now she's gone for a while so i'm keeping it all to myslef.

Kaithar - December 8, 2004 10:26 PM (GMT)

www.livejournal.com

You can write all your feelings down, and set the diaries entries to 'Private', which means that no-one but you can read them :D

Kaithar - December 9, 2004 10:50 AM (GMT)
could be good for some people but i could never be bothered with things like that.

Grogdon - December 9, 2004 07:50 PM (GMT)
Same here, I've tried many times but never really worked. I think I had an alright jurnal in 2003 but then I didn't have enough time to write in it anymore.

Kaithar - December 9, 2004 09:58 PM (GMT)
not enough time, thats not my problem other than the fact i would never do it ive got nothing of interest i could put in it anyway.

DragonLady4 - December 10, 2004 09:54 AM (GMT)
livejournals blocked here at school :(

see, maybe if I had some crazy entries for people to read, I would let them, but *sigh* I never remember what happens during the day, and I can't get online much at home

Kaithar - December 10, 2004 12:38 PM (GMT)
lol, Yeah, my memories really bad as well, i once completly forgot everything that happened on a certain day, i was trying to remember it to days after that. (and i'm talking litterally i didn't remember thae day at all)

aleana15 - December 10, 2004 02:57 PM (GMT)
I write a diary, but its just a traditional, pen on paper one - and I don't write it everyday, I just wouldn't remember! I usually write in it a couple of times a week, just putting the main points an things.

It is a good way to get things off your mind, and they're quite interesting to read back on.

Kaithar - December 10, 2004 10:39 PM (GMT)
i suppose it will be after a while but i wouldn't use one

Rapture_Taylore - December 12, 2004 03:57 PM (GMT)
just get a diary or something for 2005 and have a new years resolution to write in it at least once a week thats what I did (first new years resolutionm Ive kept)

aine - December 12, 2004 04:20 PM (GMT)
no one will ever find my diary!!!!
buahahahahaha
...even if they found out where it is they will be too scared to get it!!!
MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Kaithar - December 12, 2004 09:17 PM (GMT)
well the only new years resolution i have kept is to never make another new years resolution.

why would they be too scared to get it?

aine - December 12, 2004 09:40 PM (GMT)
aaaahh you dont know where it is!!!!

Kaithar - December 12, 2004 09:47 PM (GMT)
true but then i am hardly going to go hunt it down.

aine - December 12, 2004 09:52 PM (GMT)
true, even if you did find it, you wont be intrested in reading.

Kaithar - December 12, 2004 10:04 PM (GMT)
i wouldn't ever read someones diary because it will be intruding their privacy and is just well... wrong.
