one little niggling point - why does the awod have a blue bit round it? If its a glow, blur the edges :D

the blue bit is the background from the wand's picture. i haven't got a blurry thing.

Haven't a clue. Please tell all. Think of this thread as a classroom, and you as my teacher. Set me homework if need be, so that i become a self-sufficient computer artist.

well, lets start with layers. Have you used them? If you put multiple layers on a pic then, well, you can layer different colours and pictures...with me?

so therefore, you can have one layer with your text on it, and then add another layer

then using the airbrush tool, go over the text

then click on the layer on the layers toolbar and drag it so that it is behind the layer with text on!

nb. It is good to keep your pic saved as a psp image, and then save the final product as a separate jpg or gif, cos the layers are only on psp images and you will lose them on any other image :)
