i like weird random things, but not in books. i like it when a book has a good story line and some jokes in it.

well, it make sense in the book, cos this guy thinks that the girl is older than she lets on, and talks old languages, which she pretends she doesn't understand.

He thinks he's says 'you have a nice bum when you bend over' or something. (he's trying for a reaction...and he likes her butt)

He actually says something like 'you have nice muffins'

so hilarious! :D
She makes him muffins later, and then tells him how he made a fool of himself :P

sounds like a fun book. the dot hackers book was funny. love the pictures and little qouts they make.

Other good books are the Dark Materials Trilogy by Phillip Pullman :D

Lotr, or Harry Potter.... Lord of the Rings I think. HP books are really good, but just can't compete on the same epic scale.

I loved Hich hiker's Guide to the Galaxy as well. Hilarious. And His Dark Materials... There are just so many good books out there!

It's all well and good for those of you who use the school computers, and have broadband, but for those of us at home, revising for our A-levels and only have dial-up, well now thats a different story. Internet thieves!!!! It's virtual highway robbery!!! :P

ahh, yes broadband is sooo sweet. not only that but i can still go on when my sister or dad are on the net on their laptops. so nice.

Batch, I think that all you should need is a lead to plug into someone's broadband. If you have it at Uni it might even be on a wireless network
