Just click on "My Controls" and go to "Avatar Settings". There you'll be able to upload a picture from your computer, or link to a picture already on the net. On our forum, I think linking tends to work better, but either way you can't have a picture that's too big.

Note: You may have to post a certain amount of times (i think it's ten) before you can have an avatar, but try it anyway.

now how do you get that green written to apear at the bottom of your post

You go to "Edit Signature" in "My Controls" and type in what you want. When you've done so, highlight it and click "Color" and then "Green". Not exactly rocket science, Ace!
