aine what do you class as too much sugar. it seems to me that you only need to eat something that as some trace of sugar in and you go weird. that will include most foods then.

and DL4, as i have said before you should feel lucky that he doesn't know where you live. He is round more than you could imagine.

Fats are stored as triglycerides, which are only released as a last energy source, it's actually starch that is broken down into glucose and glycogen, which is where you get your energy from.
