TV animation, with static

1.Start by getting an image of a Television
(I will be using this 1):

2. take your rectangular Marqee Tool and make a square where the television screen is.

3. fill that with white
(it should look like this):


4. Right click the selected area and click "Layer Via Copy".

5. Now duplicate that layer 4 times.
(it should look like this):


6. Select the "Layer Via Copy" layer and go to Filter>pixilate>Mezzotint

7. do step 6 to 3 of the 4 layer copy's.

8. And on the plain layer do what you would like to show on the TV.
(all the layers should look like this):


9. Now its time to send it to Image ready. (Ctrl+shift+m)

10. Layer 1 should be visible with all the layers in the animation.
(post all your layers too look like so):


11. Now Go to file "Save Optimised As"

and your done
