im sure ive seen a few photos larger than the file size it claims u can upload, has anyone got an idea of how to do it? :blink:

Soaps, me ol' mate, the file size restrictions have been set by us to keep the bandwidth usage at a reasonable rate! :P

It's actually a bit bigger than the default and gets a bit bigger with your user ranking, as does the amount of PMs you can store.

If you've got something bigger which you'd really like to share, there are two ways it can be done: either PM/email me and I'll sort it; or get yourself an image hosting account (there are loads around and they're free), upload your photo and link to it. If you'd like a recommendation for one, I can give you several names. :)

whos the best for the photos and ill sort it now.
the reason for the larger photos was to add a wee bunch of photos that decribe my life in Oz so far. i thought it ewould be a nice idea :thumb:

Needless to say, there's a pile of them available! Have a look at http://freehostingsite.info/ if you want to review several. ImageCave is one used by many users of other boards on InvisionFree. My preference is PhotoBucket - take your pick! :thumb:
