Title: Property in Sunraysia

mancunian - November 7, 2005 02:31 AM (GMT)
4 bedroomed on 25 acres.

100 k's north of Swan Hill, 120 k's south of Mildura.

River Murray close by.

Quiet and peaceful.

Surrounded by vineyards.

Suit someone wanting a rural life, a change from city rat race.

Good potential for those with vision.

Welcome to the forums, mancunian ... and happy birthday! :)

Are you living at this property or are you back in UK (or elsewhere)?

Hi, thanks for the birthday greetings...49...... :o

Anyway, hope I haven't done anything out of order here.......

I am living in property. Wife and I presently run a vine nursery here.....thats not to grow grapes for us but to supply local grape growers with young vines.
However, land can be used for anything or any idea someone might have of their own.

We want out now...other plans.
Example...my wife is from Philippines, we want to build a small school there to teach kids English
Semi retire in a way...half year there, half year here...

Hi Fee,

Where in Mildura are you......been there long?

I came over from Manchester 11 years ago for holiday, met wife , stayed.

PS....if you know anyone who might be interested let me know, thanks.

we're in west mildura, in a fairly new subdivision close to the river, its really lovely here. We've been here now for 11 months.

Will certainly mention your property to people that i know that are looking at the moment, you should also put an advert in the sunraysia daily, everybody here reads it on a daily basis !!!!

Best of luck you anyway :D

Hi there,

apologies for not getting back to you sooner but I haven't received an email notification of a response and just looked into site for a nosey.

Well, we're off to Uk this Friday, taking family for a "proper" Christmas...first Turkey roast for me in 11 years!

Never really seems like Christmas here in 40 degree sunshine..

Can't picture where you are, west Mildura...would that be Gol Gol you mean?

When we get back we'll be doing some ads here and there...see how we go locally first then spread the word.

Anyway, all the best to you both for the festive season.
