Title: pop up notification when you get a pm

howdy folks,
i clicked on the yes in the options to get a pop up notification when i get a pm, but i dont get the pop up still.........i have the popup blocker disabled so dont know why? owt else i should be doing?

ignore the above qwestion........id hidden a toolbar that had pop ups blocked - it works now!!!
