Good luck with the TRA application, take your time and make sure you dot the i's and cross the t's as this is the most important stage to it all. Are you using an agent or doing it yourself?

:thumbsup: thanks for all the welcomes,I will make sure I take time with the TRA coz I can see how important it is,we are using an agent and I know its for the best but I want everything yesterday and its very frustrating waiting. Using AMSAS as agents, seem fine so far, no complaints! Long process though from TRA to visa approval and I keep trying to put it out of my mind but now spend hours now on PC looking at Brisbane / Oz sites! Bit like 'join the club' I guess! Good to know you are all there though and thanks! Babs.

Good luck Babs the agent should make sure you have everything you need for the TRA but ask away if there is anything you want to know. One piece of advice is always make sure every bit of paperwork uses the same job title as I know this has been a problem for some people in the past. It is the start of the visa rollarcoaster ride but flipping heck it is worth it when you get here :D

We flew into Brisbane and spent a bit of time there and the Sunshine Coast - loved it :yes: , we're now in the Far North amongst the rainforest and still loving it!

:yes: thank you every one for the lovely welcome.No, sorry I'm cancer but my OH is gemini. I'm just waiting for the agent to get in touch to start everything for TRA. He's taken the main details and is sorting out how "best to word the references" and there is quite a few so nothing to do until he gets in touch but I'm champing at the bit, partly coz I want to get on with it and partly because if its going to be a no! I want to know now. No patience in me!!! Will shout out as soon as I need help though and like wise if there is any help I can offer. :excited:
