Hi Everyone

I have applied using the 139 class visa application, but, it seems that there is no notes in any of the forum groups about this type of visa. We have had all our medicals etc and are just waiting for a sponsorship issue to be sorted out by our relatives in SA to find out if our visas will be issued.

The information we have had from our case officer includes things like " we will be required to have our visas validated in Australia by 30th April" and "what will our address and telephone number be in Australia?" - these questions sound very positive but it seems that no-one has any experience of this - according to what I can find.

im still in the uk, and applying (soon i hope) for a 136 visa - a lot of our members are in aus, so someone may be along in the next 24 hours who may be able to advise you!

in the mean time, why not pop up to the introductions forum and tell us about yourselves? we are a small but very friendly group .... anything we can help you with just ask :D

If you have had medicals, the relos have put up the bond money and they are saying that you need to be vallidated by April 30th, then it looks like you're in :dunno:
