you need to log out, register using a different username - they will have used the same name, but made a slight deviation of it, eg used C instead of c .
you need to log in to each game with the different username ... easy!

As long as you've logged out of one game - you can then register with the other one (and log in) using the same name.

I tried to re register but it won't accept the same email address and I only have the one !!

Why not just make up a new one on hotmail or yahoo?
