Within spitting distance of me in WA  Try the Vernon Arms on the Old Mandurah Road in Baldivis Catgirl. Only been there twice and not recently but seemed good to us and Terry was happy because they serve British bitter.

I found that the pubs over there, well, in Perth were a lot different to what I am used to here. Also a distinct lack of them, which was rather a nice change. In my town you have a pub at every street corner just about and a couple in between. I reckon a Paisley pub in Perth would be quite popular, I like busy and noisy pubs with lots going on and where you get to know most of the regulars. Do they have lock ins in the pubs over there? Never noticed.
